Food Safety Certification Spring - 402040

This program is ideal for those in the restaurant industry. Gloucester County Code requires on full-time staff person/establishment be certified. Course will cover contamination, food borne illnesses, food storage, food preparation, employee training, sanitation and more. Attendance at all classes is mandatory for certification. Fee includes workbook, exam and certificate.
